    CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL PLAY LA Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles is hosting its inaugural Play LA event on Saturday, August 5, 2017. The event will unite the robust Los Angeles sports community for the ultimate “Play Day”, while promoting healthy and active lifestyles. The day will be comprised of a family festival, exclusive clinic stations and a special musical performance. All funds that are raised through sponsorships and ticket sales will help ensure that critical, lifesaving care is available to all patients who need it.

More children receive care from CHLA than any other hospital in the region—and often CHLA comes to the rescue for children when other hospitals run out of medical options for their care. By joining the All-Stars for Kids, you will be supporting the only hospital dedicated solely to the health of children in Los Angeles. We look forward to having you join the TEAM!

 

Schedule

9:30 am – Family Fest

Enjoy a fun-filled and playful environment of interactive games, activities, music, prizes, special guests, food trucks, and MORE!

10:30 am – Main Event (Paid registration required)

The Main Event will consist of a youth-only clinic on the field of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Registration required for each participant. Participants will be grouped according to age and will rotate through each of the stations. Parents, guardians, friends and guests will not have access to the field during the Main Event. They will be able to view from a close distance and take photographs from the Coliseum stands. See below for paid registration details.

1:30 pm – Closing Ceremonies

We wrap up the day with a special musical guest, an All-Star for Kid athlete honoree and a CHLA family.

  • $50 for each youth participant
    • Access to the Family Fest, participation in the Main Event and attendance to Closing Ceremonies
    • Includes complimentary parking
    • Includes t-shirt and gift bag for each registered youth participant
  • $15 for all other attendees*
    • Access to the Family Fest, attendance to the Main Event as a viewer and attendance to Closing Ceremonies

*No charge for attendees under the age of 5.

Parking

Parking is available in Exposition Park and included in registration.
